As the last breakfast before we left the fantastic view and facility of Seikai, we went to have one final very traditional Japanese breakfast at the Etorou restaurant. When we got there, the menu was already available.

As we waited for the food to arrive, I thought back on the fantastic trip and all the places we’ve been, and had the feeling of sadness that it was all about to end. That said, the view cheered me up.

The breakfast had a large variety this time and the vegetables were once again incredibly fresh and maintained a lot of the original sweetness. One of my favourite items in Japan is the tamago, whenever I go to restaurants in Japan, if I see the Tamago there, I must try it. These ones tasted great, although was a little warm and just marginally overcooked (no softness) for my taste.

To finish the morning off, we had the fruit plate again, which is always something I look forward to because of how sweet the fruits are!
